The antigen is expressed on stem cells and early hematopoietic progenitor cells, bone marrow stromal cells, endothelial cells, embryonic fibroblasts, and neurons.^1,2 This anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody can be used for the differential staining of acute leukemia cells.
