Description
The PBMC fluorescent titer assay is a patented method for quantifying the number of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) based on fluorescent detection. This assay is designed for use with multiwell plate formats. The assay procedure involves cell lysis and PBMC quantification in the pellet using an intercalating substrate followed by fluorescence detection. The generation of fluorescent signal is proportional to the amount of PBMCs.
