α/β-Hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6) is a serine hydrolase that is highly expressed in mammalian brain. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoyl
glycerol (2-AG).1 WWL70 is a selective inhibitor of ABHD6 with an IC50 value of 70 nM.2
