Antigen: human and rat Cav-3 amino acids 19-41 (CKEIDLVNRDPKNINEDIVKVDF); The sequence is 77% homologous to Cav-1 from mouse, human, chicken, and dog. · Host: rabbit · Application(s): WB; other applications not tested · Cav-1 is found in adipocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts, whereas Cav-3 is found predominantly in muscle tissue.1,2
