Description

CP 47,497 is a monophenol cannabimimetic compound that binds the central cannabinoid (CB₁) receptor with a K_i value of 2.2 nM.^1,2 It is equivalent in analgesic potency to Δ⁹-THC and exhibits other CB biological activities as well.
