Description

Disuccinimidyl suberate (DSS) is a bifunctional cross-linking reagent which contains two N-hydroxysuccinimide esters that are reactive toward primary amines. DSS is membrane-permeable and is commonly used to cross-link proteins in intact cells.^1,2
