Rabbit
·
Application(s):
WB
·
Acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A (ANP32A) has been implicated in a nuclear number of cellular processes. These include proliferation, differentiation, caspase-dependent, and -independent apoptosis, suppression of transformation (tumor suppressor), inhibition of protein phosphatase 2A, regulation of mRNA trafficking and stability, and inhibition of acetyltransferases as part of the inhibitor of histone acetyltransferases (INHAT) complex.1,2,3 It also plays a role in E4F1-mediated transcriptional repression.4
