Antigen: recombinant mouse leukocyte 12-LO · Host: rabbit · Application(s): WB; other applications not tested · Leukocyte-type 12-lipoxygenase from murine macrophages is a 75 kDa protein.¹ Murine leukocyte 12-lipoxygenase is approximately 70% homologous to porcine 12-lipoxygenase and also shows 78% and 77% identity to human and rabbit 15-lipoxygenase, respectively.^1,2 This antibody can be used to detect the leukocyte-type 12-lipoxygenase in immunoblotting experiments.
