Description

13,14-dihydro-15-keto Prostaglandin F_2α (13,14-dihydro-15-keto PGF_2α) is the first prominent plasma metabolite of PGF_2α in the 15-hydroxy PGDH pathway.¹ Measurement of 13,14-dihydro-15-keto PGF_2α in plasma can be used as a marker of the in vivo production of PGF_2α.^1,2,3
