Description
The lyophilized rainbow trout Vtg may be used as a positive control in immunoblotting. Freshly reconstituted Vtg may also be used as a standard in a quantitative ELISA. The product contains bovine serum albumin which will appear as a strong protein band in acrylamide gels.
