Description

Tolfenamic acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) thought to exert its actions by a prostanoid-independent mechanism. It inhibits fMLP- and A23187-induced Ca2+ influx in human PMNL with an IC₅₀ value of approximately 20 µM.¹
