Description

Bestatin is an inhibitor of aminopeptidases and a potent, irreversible inhibitor of LTA4 hydrolase. It inhibits the aminopeptidase activity of LTA4 hydrolase with a Ki value of 201 nM.1 The IC50 value for inhibition of LTB4 synthesis is approximately 10 µM.2
