Description

Caffeic acid phenylethyl ester is an active component of propolis from honeybee hives. It is known to have antimitogenic, anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory properties. It is a potent and specific inhibitor of nuclear transcription factor, NF-κB, activation.1
