Description

CAY10415 is a potent, antidiabetic drug of the TZD structural class. When adminstered as a food admixture at 100 mg/kg for four days, CAY10415 effectively lowers blood glucose levels in obese, hyperglycemic, hyperinsulinemic, and insulin-resistant KKAγ mice.¹ CAY10415 enhances the rate of insulin-stimulated lipogenesis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes in a dose-dependent manner.¹
