100% Init. Activity Initial activity of the 15-lipoxygenase standard provided in the kit

Field Explanation
LAYOUT Contains sample names and associated dilution factors
RAW DATA Absorbance value (between 490-500 nm) of each well after two 5 minute incubations
ACTIVITY For each absorbance value, the activity of the well is calculated using the method on page 15 of the kit booklet
RESULTS This table is compiled from the preceding sections. It includes the sample name, assay dilution and percent inhibition of the compound. The inhibition is calculated using the method on page 16 in the kit booklet
FILENAME The filename given to the Excel workbook
VERSION The version of the workbook
