Apoptosis Assay Kits

Determining which apoptosis kit will be most useful for your research depends primarily on factors such as the desired stage (early v. late) of apoptosis detection and other mechanistic aspects of the cell death pathway you seek to examine. Some kits can be easily combined with other cell markers or vital dyes for colocalization analysis. Unlike traditional, yet cumbersome TUNEL assays, Cayman's entire line of apoptosis assay kits can be completed in about one hour in a 96-well plate format and are amenable to high throughput screening.
