• See all kit recommendationsCayman offers two individual kits to screen for SIRT1 inhibitors or activators. Activation of SIRT1, however, is believed to be a substrate-specific event. Cayman’s FRET-based assay does not exhibit substrate-interference and can be used to eliminate false SIRT1 activators found with certain substrates.
