PIP Binding PH Domain ProteinsPtdIns phosphates (PIPs) initiate a cascade of responses, from cell growth and proliferation to survival and motility, that are involved in normal development but can also drive tumor progression. Cayman is introducing several highly specific PIP Binding Proteins with pleckstrin homology domains that bind PIP with high affinity and can be used to accurately detect specific PIPs in in vitro PI3-kinase and PTEN phosphatase assays.
