    Product Description

    Cayman’s PGE2 Express ELISA is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of PGE2 in urine, plasma, serum, tissue homogenates, and culture media samples. The assay has a range of 15.6-2,000 pg/ml, a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 40 pg/ml, and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 11 pg/ml.

    Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.
