Description

JWH 250 is a cannabimimetic indole that shows a high-affinity for both the central cannabinoid (CB₁) and the peripheral cannabinoid (CB₂) receptors. The affinities of JWH 250 for both CB₁ (K_i = 11 nM) and CB₂ (K_i = 33 nM) are comparable to those of the traditional cannabinoid, Δ⁹-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ⁹-THC; K_i = 40.7 and 36.4 nM, respectively).¹
