Description

Each vial contains 200 µg of lyophilized peptide corresponding to amino acids 92-105 of NAD+-dependent 15-hydroxy prostaglandin dehydrogenase (15-hydroxy PGDH) sequence (AGVNNEKNWEKTLQ).1 This peptide was used as an antigen for production of the Cayman’s human 15-hydroxy PGDH polyclonal antibody (Catalog No. 160615) and can be used in conjunction with this antibody to block protein-antibody complex formation during immunohistochemical analysis for 15-hydroxy PGDH.
