    Product Description

    SC-236 is a potent, selective, orally active inhibitor of COX-2 with an IC50 of 10 nM and approximately 18,000-fold COX-2 selectivity.1 SC-236 has a long plasma half-life and can be dosed once daily (20 mg/kg) in rodents to achieve lasting inhibition of COX-2.2
