    Product Description

This goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP is used as the 'secondary antibody' for western blotting or ELISA where the primary antibody was generated in rabbits. This peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody is suitable for western blotting when employing detection by commercially available chemiluminescence-based substrates. Additionally this secondary antibody conjugate can be used to develop ELISAs with substrates like ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]-diammonium salt), OPD (O-phenylenediamine), or TMB (3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
