    Product Description

    Cayman’s CysLT Express ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of CysLTs in urine, plasma, serum, lavage fluids and aspirates, culture media, and other sample matrices. The assay has a range of 7.8-1,000 pg/ml, an average sensitivity (80% B/B0) of 24 pg/ml, and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 6.4 pg/ml.

    NOTE: This kit measures all CysLTs. For measurement of specific CysLTs, please see Cayman Chemical’s Leukotriene E4 ELISA Kit (Item No. 501060) and Leukotriene C4 ELISA Kit (Item No. 501070).

    Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.
