    Product Description

    17(R,S)-Benzo-resolvin D1 (benzo-RvD1) is a derivative of the specialized pro-resolving mediator (SPM) RvD1 (Item No. 10012554).1 It reduces PDGF-BB-induced cytoskeletal changes in, and PDGF-induced migration of, isolated human vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) when used at concentrations of 10 and 100 nM. Benzo-RvD1 (10 nM) inhibits p65 nuclear translocation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). It also increases RAW 264.7 phagocytosis of S. aureus and zymosan particles.
