    Product Description

    PMX-464 is a quinol inhibitor of thioredoxin reductase (TrxR; mean IC50 = 6.5 µM for the rat enzyme).1 It inhibits cell growth in the NCI-60 panel of cancer cell lines (mean GI50 = 0.23 µM). PMX-464 (30 µM) inhibits IL-1β-induced NF-κB DNA binding in A549 cells.2
