    Product Description

    8-iso Prostaglandin F1β (8-iso PGF1β) is an isoprostane. It is a potential autooxidation product of the ω-6 fatty acid dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (DGLA; Item No. 90230). 8-iso PGF1β (10 µM) induces contractions in isolated neonatal porcine pulmonary arteries.1
