    Product Description

8-bromo Cyclic GMP (8-bromo cGMP) is a cell-permeable analog of cGMP that exhibits greater resistance to hydrolysis by phosphodiesterases than its parent compound. It preferentially activates cGMP-dependent protein kinase.1 At 1 µM-0.1 mM, 8-bromo cGMP can inhibit acetylcholine-induced increases in intracellular calcium concentrations.2
