Leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4 hydrolase) has been cloned from a variety of species including human, rat, and guinea pig.1,2,3,4 These species exhibit ~90% homology at the amino acid level. Human LTA4 hydrolase has a calculated molecular mass of 69 kDa based on the deduced amino acid sequence.1,2
