    Product Description

    TC-G 1006 is a sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1) agonist.1 It selectively induces calcium mobilization in cells expressing S1P1 over cells expressing S1P2, S1P3, S1P4, or S1P5 (EC50s = 0.035, >25, >25, >50, and 4.3 µM, respectively). TC-G 1006 (0.3, 1, and 3 mg/kg) reduces the number of circulating lymphocytes in rats.
