    Product Description

Aniracetam (Item No. 17752) is an analytical reference standard that is classified as a nootropic. It can block AMPA receptor desensitization and, consequently, enhance excitatory activity by several fold.1,2 It can also allosterically modulate metabotropic glutamate receptors.3 The therapeutic value of aniracetam has been explored in various rodent models for the treatment of cognitive impairment or other CNS disorders.3 This product is intended for forensic and research purposes only.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
