DOWNLOAD NOWABT-333 is an inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp; IC50s = 0.0022-0.0107 µM for genotypes 1a and 1b).1 It is selective for HCV genotype 1 polymerases over genotypes 2, 3, and 4 (IC50s = 0.9->20 µM), as well as human polymerases (IC50s = >100 µM). Formulations containning ABT-333, ombitasvir, paritaprevir, and ritonavir have been used in the treatment of HCV genotype 1 infections.
