    ME0328 is an inhibitor of PARP3 (IC50 = 0.89 µM), which is a regulator of DNA repair and mitotic progression.1 It displays selectivity for PARP3 over 12 other PARP family members. ME0328 is cell permeable and elicits PARP3-specific effects at submicromolar concentrations.1
