    GTx-007 is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that has tissue-selective androgenic and anabolic effects in animals.1 It improves muscle strength and prevents bone loss in orchidectomized rats.2 Like other SARMs, GTx-007 produces anabolic effects in muscle and bone without androgenic effects.3 Anabolic agents, including GTx-007 and other SARMs, are prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency.4
