    Product Description

    Primidone (Item No. 19277) is an analytical reference standard categorized as a barbiturate. Primidone partially substitutes for the barbiturate barbitone and reduces barbitone withdrawal-induced convulsions in rats in a model of barbitone dependence.1 Formulations containing primidone have been used in the treatment of various seizure types. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
