    Cyclosporin B is a minor cyclopeptide metabolite produced by T. polysporum and other deuteromycota with diverse biological activities.1 It inhibits the growth of T lymphoma cells in a concentration-dependent manner.2 Cyclosporin B also inhibits P-glycoprotein (P-gp) activity in vitro with an IC50 value of 4.7 μM.3
