    I-BOP is a potent agonist of TP receptor-mediated platelet aggregation and vascular smooth muscle contraction.1 I-BOP induces human platelet aggregation with EC50 values of 0.34 nM and 0.174 nM at pH 7.4 and pH 6.0, respectively.2
