    Product Description

    BMN 673 is an orally available poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.57 nM.1 It similarly binds to PARP1 and PARP2 with Ki values of 1.2 and 0.85 nM, respectively, but has no effect on PARG.1 BMN 673 selectively targets tumor cells with BRCA1, BRCA2, or PTEN gene mutations and elicits antitumor activity in xenografted tumors in mice.1
