    Product Description

BRD4884 is an HDAC inhibitor with IC50 values of 29 nM, 62 nM, and 1.09 µM for HDAC1, 2, and 3, respectively.1 It possesses preferential binding kinetics with seven-fold longer half-life on HDAC2 compared to HDAC1 (143 min versus 20 min).1 BRD4884 crosses the blood brain barrier and has been evaluated in CK-p25 mice, a mouse model of neurodegeneration.1
