    Product Description

    CCT007093 is an inhibitor of protein phosphatase 1D (PP1D; IC50 = 8.4 µM).1 It selectively reduces colony formation in MCF-7 and MCF-3B breast cancer cells that overexpress PP1D over HeLa cervical cancer cells that express wild-type levels of PPD1D (IC50s = 0.48, 0.13, and >50 µM, respectively). CCT007093 is active against T. cruzi epimastigotes (IC50 = 6.5 µM).2
