    Product Description

    Ibogaine (hydrochloride) (Item No. 20083) is an analytical reference standard categorized as an iboga alkaloid.1 Ibogaine induces the head-twitch response (HTR), indicating hallucinogenic potential, and anxiety-like behavior in mice.1,2 It decreases self-administration of morphine (Item Nos. ISO60147 | 15464 | 25955) and induces tremors in rats.3 Ibogaine use has been associated with fatalities.4 Ibogaine is regulated as a Schedule I compound in the United States. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
