    Product Description

    AN2718 is a benzoxaborole compound that displays broad antifungal effectiveness in vitro.1 It inhibits leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS) from molds and yeasts (IC50s = 2 and 4.2 µM for A. fumigatus and C. albicans LeuRS, respectively), blocking protein synthesis.1
