    Product Description

    Etidronate is a first generation, non-nitrogenous diphosphonate analog of endogenous pyrophosphate. It binds to hydroxyapatite and induces osteoclast apoptosis, thereby inhibiting abnormal bone resorption.1 Unlike other bisphosphonates, etidronate may also prevent bone calcification.
