    Product Description

Necrosulfonamide is a small molecule that inhibits necroptosis by blocking mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL), a key substrate of receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3).1 Necrosulfonamide has been shown to prevent the MLKL-RIPK1-RIPK3 necrosome complex from interacting with downstream necrosis effectors.1
