    Product Description

    CRT0273750 is an ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 2 (ENPP2) inhibitor (IC50 = 1 nM).1 It prevents lysophosphatidylcholine hydrolysis in a plasma choline release assay (IC50 = 13 nM). CRT0273750 inhibits the migration of 4T1 cells in a migration assay (IC50 = 24 nM). It decreases plasma levels of the ENPP2 hydrolysis product lysophosphatidic acid in an MDA-MB-231 mouse xenograft model.
