    Product Description

    PCI 27483 is a small molecule inhibitor of activated coagulation factor VIIa with antithrombotic effects in a baboon model of arterial thrombosis.1 It also inhibits the growth of BxPC3 xenografts by 42 and 85% at doses of 60 and 90 mg/kg, respectively.2
