    Product Description

Farampator is a positive allosteric modulator of AMPA receptors that has an EC50 value greater than 32 µM for evoking glutamate currents in isolated pyramidal neurons.1 In rats, it enhances novel object recognition memory (0.1 mg/kg, p.o.) and attentional set-shifting (0.3 mg/kg, p.o.) and reverses a scopolamine-induced deficit in cued fear conditioning (0.1 mg/kg, p.o.).2
