    Product Description

Mazindol-d4 (Item No. 21640) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of mazindol (Item No. 21642) by GC- or LC-MS. Mazindol is categorized as a stimulant and inhibitor of norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin reuptake.1 It decreases high-fat diet-induced weight gain in mice without eliciting abuse potential or increasing locomotor activity.2 Formulations containing mazindol have previously been used in the management of obesity. Mazindol-d4 is regulated as a Schedule IV compound in the United States. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
