BRD6125, also known as functional proliferation hits 1 (FPH1), is a small molecule that increases the number and activity of hepatocytes in vitro.1 It dramatically increases expansion of primary human hepatocytes and induces maturation of hepatocyte-like cells (iHeps). It also induces maturation in two pluripotent cell lines. This product is also available as part of Cayman's Hepatocyte Differentiation Reagent Kit (Item No. 44737).
