    Product Description

    Desethylene ciprofloxacin is a major metabolite of ciprofloxacin (Item No. 14286).1 It is also a degradation product of ciprofloxacin that can be created through advanced oxygenation processes as a potential way to remove ciprofloxacin from wastewater.2 It is also created during degradation of ciprofloxacin by chlorination.3
